		<description>Microsoft has a CRM that would probably work well for you.  SalesForce can be integrated to Outlook as well.

There is also a great little tool called Xobni.com (inbox spelled backwards) that runs along outlook and allows you to easily find, view and use messages.  It&#039;s free.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I use Xobni now, have used Microsoft CRM and my company currently uses Salesforce.</description>
